Libby Henry founded Humble Baking Co. with a simple belief: good food brings people together. Trained in classic baking techniques and inspired by seasonal, local ingredients, Libby crafts each loaf, cookie, and cake by hand. Her approach is unpretentious — focusing on flavor, texture, and honest ingredients — and her small-batch recipes are refined over time to deliver comfort with a touch of delight.
When she's not in the kitchen, Libby is developing new recipes, sourcing flour and produce from nearby farms, and adventuring around with her Family and Friends. Humble Baking Co. is built on neighborhood connections, kindness, and a love for slow, thoughtful food.
